When restarting PF encoder bitrate for recording concrete channel is changed to default one set in settings. Can PF save somewhere information in which bitrate parspective channel should be recorded independently from what is set in encoding profiles?

This is currently not possible, as it always uses the defined RecordingProfile (as specified in the general settings).

In the v3.0.11.22 the Recording Profile as specified in the Mixer Configuration dialog is now used by default for the Automatic Recording as well as the Manual Recording.
This allows you to specify a different encoding profile for each mixer channel individually.
