I have added the “filename” into the playlist column, but it’s aligned to the right instead of the left site.
It also displays the complete path to the file, but I only want to see the filename.
Can this be changed/fixed?

I guess not - as this is by design. The reason is the following:
- users want to 'know' both the path and the filename
- it's right aligned (incl. path ellipsis, if the column width is not large enough), so that you will always see the file extension - as this is also what most users want to see
