We have some DJ's who want to work with 3 players but the most are using 2. It is at this moment not possible that users can choose there own amount of players.

This is correct. Currently this is a global setting.
However, a user might change this global settings at any time (and switch it back when he is done).
The setting takes effect with the next playlist (window) being created.

Yes is possible, but with a average age of 55 / 60 by the DJ's is learning those people a big task they endly work after 6 months al with ProppFrexx. And standard users are in our environment not allowed in the configuration menu.

I'll, if I can add such a feature to the next version. However, this would have one limitation:
a) each User (when using UAC within ProppFrexx) could specify its 'Number of Players' (0, 2,3,4)
b) the global 'Number of Players' value would regardless still be used for ANY automation playlist (program Sscheduler)
Meaning, the user setting will 'only' be used when manually opening playlists.

In v3.0.12.7 you can now specify the number of DJ Players to use per User Account.

Note: The global 'Number of Players' value would regardless still be used for ANY automation playlist (Program Scheduler) - as such the user setting is only used for manually opened playlists!
