Timecode remain track time doesn't work and other questions

Hi Bernd,

Something strange: we use one standard account for all users and two admin accounts.
If we're working in the admin accounts the timecode works fine, how it has to work: the remain time of a track is visible.
But changing to the standard account the timecode is "frozen", no remaining time is visible. It is "frozen".
How to fix this?

Other question: if we reboot the PC and we start up ProppFrexx all cartwall entries are broken, the script directory is empty and some media libraries are broken. Than I have to manually fix the cartwall and library entries and put all scripts back. Do you have an answer for that? We use a PC with 3 internal HDD's: C (Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 and ProppFrexx), D (Music-1), E (Music-2). We use the latest version of ProppFrexx.

Regards,
Bert Koning

That all sounds like there is something broken or not correctly configured!?

a) How have you defined your cartwall, media and script libs?
If they are broken, this would mean ProppFrexx could not access the related files or its path!

b) Which TimeCode do you mean? And what dou you mean by "frozen" (as yiou also say it is not visible)?
- the timecode bar underneath the DJ Players of the playlist window?
- the extra 'Timecode' window?
Does the user have the 'right' to view that 'Timecode' window?

Bernd,

The second question is solved now with the latest update. Thanks!

About the question of the timecode; it's that visual graphic that counts from the starttime to the endtime.
Strange thing is that the overlay player timecode works good. The visual graphic counts in realtime from starttime to endtime.
But when you play a musictrack the visual graphic stays on the starttime and doesn't go to the endtime. So our people can't see how much time they have to start another track or do a presentation on the mic.

When logged in as an admin it works good.
Rights of timecode is active in standard user account.

Attached you see the image of the timecode I mean.

Bert
