No Effect On Close Button From Shortcuts Windows

Hello,
Not a big deal really, just pointing out:
The 'Close' button from the Keyboard Shortcuts Assignment window (Shift+F1) has no effect, that is, clicking it does not close the window.
( Well I hope it is not a hidden feature
)
