I wonder why track insert Transition option is not available on fixed time elements.
I need some jingles to play at fixed times with some transition mode.

I can't put those jingles to normal script lines because if I set set Exec. Mode to Random, a program can start from a jingle which is something I don't want.
Can the following happen (in Random exec) if i have in script lines:
1. Library1
2. Jingle
3. Library2
4. Jingle
Play 1,2,4,2,3,4,2,4,2 ?

Are you sure you are not mixing things here?
A FTE starts or ends at a defined time.
A transition ends or starts at a fine cue point of a track it is inserted to and as such has a variable start time.
If you compare the two you'll notice, that these two have concurrent goals and as such can not be combined.
Or do you may be just want an FTE playing over a given track in parallel (pretty much like an overlay)?
If yes you can do so, just check the FTE "As Overlay" option.

In random mode any sequence order can happen, of course, as it is random.
