USB device registration problem

I have bought and register pf with USB-Device.
I 've made some tests on a pc and now I want to continue my tests on my laptop.
I try to use the same usb stick on laptop but it does not accept my registration.
I notice that PC and laptop recognize a different Ident Number on same USB stick.
What can I do ?

As explained above, on the web-site and also in the docs the USB-Registration is basically intended for supporting backup machines AND does require the exact same OS version.
As such it makes sense, as backup or standby machines should have the exact same OS version installed.

PC has win8.1, laptop has win8.
My On Air PC that will finally be installed has windows 7.
How can I solve this problem NOW ?

So what is the use of USB registration if you need new keys on every machine you use it ?
Do I have to contact you every time I use it on different machine ?

Are these PC having a different OS version installed (e.g. one running Win7 and another running Win8 or even the outdated XP?)
If yes, notice, that this is unfortunately a known limitation which I try to highlight everywhere, but is also unfortunately a Microsoft issue).
So the OS version must be identical on both machines in order to return the same Ident-Number.

Send me the new USB-based Ident-Number of the machine which is currently NOT working...you would need different keys for that machine....via eMail!
