Dirk and me have found out how it works.
Go to Settings and Options -> Events/Commands -> Playlist -> OnTrackPlay
Insert a second command:
Action: EXEC_SEND_HTTP_GET
Parameter: http://air.radiotime.com/Playing.ashx?partnerId=<id>&partnerKey=<key>&id=<stationid>&title=${title}&artist=${artist ...

With or without username, it does NOT try to connect to the server. Any other server is working.
windowsfirewall is off ...

It look's like it will only work if the server have the same ip-address and port.
I have a test server (SC1), same ip, same port
Here it work.
Then our official streamserver (SC2), there i send to a different port than the listeners connect.
Here it not work.

Listenerscount does not work if server is inactive.

Our streaminghost is using sc v2
I send the music to a sc transcoder with another port (7050), than the listeners connect to the sc server(7030)
In that case i can not see in the Network Streaming Monitor how many listerners are there.
Is there a way to make it possible to add a different server ...
