No. ProppFrexx has no plans to integrate Traktor controllers.
In addition ProppFrexx is not designed to be a DJ application for live mixing or perfect beat matching.

TAG Data inside the files is the default and recommended.
By default the use of .pfmd is even disabled. So you can turn this off and simply delete the .pfmd files.

Can you explain, why you use both? This is not recommended, as it always gives issues.

No, I have never experienced something like this. Probably incorrect meta data tags inside the file?
Or you are using external .pfmd files and direct TAG data inside the file both in parallel, which have different values?

Open your playlist or media library as a playlist.
Select the related tracks (or press Ctrl+A to select all). And the right-click to open the context menu.

Regarding the Remote Desktop (RDP) audio - by default RDP uses your local audio devices and propagate them to the remote RDP session and restores the remoe devices after - which of course then breaks the ProppFrexx setup on that remote machine.
BUT, you can and must disable this feature in your RDP ...
