I guess this is impossible. You can not continue driving, if your car breaks. I.e. make your sound device stable and don't unplug it!

I am not sure, what script from ITUNE you mean?! As this has nothing to do with ProppFrexx and I don't know such script.
But ProppFrexx supports sending the AlbumArt image of a file currently being playled (if propperly tagged!) via eg. the ${albumart} macro in e.g. the global Playlist.OnTrackPlay ...

The format of the macro function is: *[TIME:{value}:{add}:{num}:{format}]
The brackets are part of the syntax - you are not using them... i.e. don't remove them, even when using inner macros.

In the new v4.5.2.7 you can now hold the CTRL key when pressing the ‘Reference Track…’ button to explicitly add an http/https file reference.
This should then resolve the URL at play-time and not download/cache a URL track.
