Use the Microfoon Rodecaster Pro II device!
Route the single to an output channel (eg. PLAY).
Set the processing either to Stereo or Normal Mono ...

You have posted an input and an output mixer channel settings.
Is you problem, that the MIC signel is Mono?
If yes, note, that any Microphone is always mono.
But in your Input settings, you finally selected the Rodcaster output as the ...

If you tell me what you like to achieve and what is currently wrong I might help.
But with that little info I am afraid au can not help much.
Please explain in more details what is not working and what you like to achieve.
