Tried to rescan the library. It is taking 11 seconds which is impressive but after reading your guidance, slightly concerning! Will keep trying to find solutions but something is slightly amiss?

The library being searched is a folder containing over 200k songs spread across multiple directories (see screenshot) so the assumption you have made appears to be incorrect - unless I'm misunderstanding your reply?

Is there a special command I need to use to ensure that album artwork is correctly sent to my encoder (I'm using BUTT)? The album artwork shows in Proppfrexx media players but doesn't appear in my live broadcast via BUTT encoder which then goes out to Radio.co (running Shoutcast v1).

Yes, when I select 'export' from the ribbon I get what's showing in the 2nd screenshot. A lot of save as type options that doesn't include excel
