Streaming monitor does not start

When i press the Streaming Monitor button the monitor does not start.

someone a idea why?

Your layout might be broken?! Eg. you have changed monitors or accidentally placed the network window out of sight.

To resolve you can click on the Reset ‚Layout‘ button (a restart is required after). See general setting, section Look and Feel.
