Delete Files automatic

I would like to delete the files (_synced_.pfp) monthly. Can this be done automatically by proppfrexx itself?

No.
Why should ProppFrexx delete a file which is the core of a folder based media lib ?
This file is needed.

If you like to Rescan your media library use the already existing feature:
Rescan Libs.png
