Webstation and proppfrexx

Post by Johan »

With the recording PC, we have webstation combined with pf. When starting up pf we always have to reset the soundcarts. why is this?
also after loading the mixer settings obtained from the above site nothing changes in the soundsettings.

We got the setings for webstation from this site https://github.com/benhartwich/proppfre ... webstation. however the autostart of the players , non stop button and other things do not work. In the gpio d&r is active also the default settings are loaded.

Have you saved the mixer settings?
Since it quite strange, that they are not saves/restored properly - I actually never experienced something like this.

But please try to use the WASAPI driver model for all devices.

Bernd,

Of course, we saved the settings. When uploading the file, it also failed to get the correct input/output settings. Very strange.

Now just did test with wasapi and this time the data does remain.

Thank you.

WDM is the ‚old‘ Windows audio driver model. On Windows above Vista or later you should always use WASAPI (which is the recent driver model), as WDM is only emulated for backwards compatibility on the new Windows OS versions.
