Is it possible to make a first start date and time for playing a specific song

Not directly as you described, but almost... you can define Track Restrictions.
When you invoke the TAG Editor for a track (e.g. via ALT+3) you can switch to the track restrictions and define conditions
- when the track should be played resp. when it should not be played

This is not exactly as giving a minimum start date and time - but you can define a minimum start date.
Why would you need a start time.
Note, that the restriction wouldn't defne, if the track is also actually played.

I.e. do you want to define a restriction or do you also want to ensure, that a track is also effectively played on a specific date.
If the later, you might want to define a special media library, which you explicitly use in our scripts.
And in sich case, you might add such track either on time to that media lib or you add a track early, but apply a restriction.

We are playing a lot of new music, which we receive in advance of the release date, but we would like to get it into the system as fast as possible after tagging and not worry about it being schedule played before its release date.

As said, the release date can be defined via the track restriction...
So I'd suggest to define an extra media lib for new music and tag the tracks accordingly and put the release date as a track restriction.

Here is a real life example: The given track should not be played before the 8th of August 2025:

Note, that I added the restriction under Track is NOT picked when... the Date Range is between an early date and the 7th of August 2025. After it can be picked.
