Sorry, that I overlooked your info from you post in 2021, that you are using the Professional version, but different users post different questions to the same post and that makes it sometimes hard to grasp all relevant info - esp. after 4 years.

And your initial question in 2021 seemed not to be related to your issue you now had.

But for me it is still good, that we found the reason for your new question and that you now know that for full automation you need the Enterprise Edition. Which you could easily update for just the delta between your license and the current price.
