Listeners count
Re: Listeners count
Which version of ProppFrexx are you using? Have you tried the latest?
Have you enabled the "Show Listeners" option in the Network Streaming monitor? In yes, a new Listeners column is shown - is that visible and reporting correct values?
If ot, please check yout admin credentials, as the Admin credentials are needed to obtain the listener count programmatically.
The macro ${streamingtotallisteners} is then actually working fine here.

Re: Listeners count
Thanks for this. Yes I have the show listeners ticked and am using the correct credentials and am using v 4.5.2.5. When I use my credentials with the streaming server it connects and functions correctly and shows send (kb) and up time but no listener stats. Note, the credentials are entered into the Username: [left blank] and Password: sections.
If I move the credentials to the Admin: [left blank] and Password: sections the server fails to connect and throws a "an unknown error occurred!" message.
Meanwhile the listener stats show correctly in the Radio.co platform that I use alongside ProppFrexx. Perhaps this is a Radio.co quirk?
Odd. It is hampering my ability to send accurate reports hence the importance.

Re: Listeners count
Each server has two different credentials!
One set for streaming (username is by default ‚Source‘).
And another, different set for admin functions (username is by default ‚Admin‘).
In order to obgain the listener stats you also need to provide the Admin credentials!
As said, these are different credentials to your source streaming credentials!
Please ask your streaming server administrator (eg. Radio.co) for those ‚Admin‘ credentials. Else you are unable to obtain them remotely.
