Just take a second to think about your setup...
Your 'PLAY' mixer channel is connected to a physical soundcard output...and I believe your DJ Players are routed to the 'PLAY' mixer channel.
Now you have created a new 'CW' mixer channel, which you also routed to your 'PLAY' mixer channel.
So yes, in this case, of course when you slide down the volume of the 'PLAY' mixer channel - then 'CW' is kind of also effected (as it is routed to 'PLAY' as well!)
Not sure if that is so hard to understand?!
In my above posts I was assuming, that your 'PLAY' mixer channel is a virtual one as well....
As it is not...you need to create another one, e.g. like this:
1. PLAY (virtual, NONE driver model)
- Output To: MAIN
2. CW (virtual, NONE driver model)
- Output To: MAIN
3. MAIN (ASIO, Out 1+2)
You routing is then:
DJ Player A..D : to PLAY
Cardwall I + II: to CW
Then use the 'PLAY' mixer channel as your AutoDuck channel...so that only the music volume from the DJ Players are lowered, but not the Cardwall...

Ok I will try this, but just to be clear, you want me to make a new 'PLAY' with no driver to REPLACE the current one? Or do you mean create a second 'PLAY' mixers? So I have 2?

You can create a new 'MAIN' output mixer channel (using the exact same settings as your current PLAY is using).
And then you can reuse the existing 'PLAY' mixer channel and make that a virtual one (using the NONE driver model).
Finally you set the 'Output To' option of the 'PLAY' and 'CW' to be routed to your new 'MAIN' mixer channel.
This way you have just one physical output mixer channel (MAIN) and two separate virtual mixer channels (PLAY and CW).
Now you can route your music (ie. DJ Players) to the PLAY channel and the Cardwall to your CW channel and have independent volume control over it for the AutoDuck feature.
And then you can reuse the existing 'PLAY' mixer channel and make that a virtual one (using the NONE driver model).
Finally you set the 'Output To' option of the 'PLAY' and 'CW' to be routed to your new 'MAIN' mixer channel.
This way you have just one physical output mixer channel (MAIN) and two separate virtual mixer channels (PLAY and CW).

So I tried this but for whatever reason it would not work with ASIO so I had to change to WASAPI for my PLAY & CW, then they would both play and do the correct ducking. For some reason I could not make another MAIN mixer. When I changed to virtual it didn't work either. I guess it's my setup or whatever.

Please don't get stressed. Some of us are not as technical as you so even though it seems routine to you, it's all new to a person like me.. I wish I was smarter. Like I said, I could not do what you asked because the software would not let me create a new "MAIN" channel for some reason in the input/output section.

I am not getting stressed! But I try to explain a solution for your issue...but you did not follow my advice...implemented another setup and are wondering why it is not working.
However...
The software does allow you to create a new MAIN mixer channel! ... but it does not allow you to use the same ASIO output already being used in another mixer channel.
As such first switch the existing PLAY channel to the NONE driver model...and keep the 'Output To' empty.
Then create a new MAIN mixer channel and use the ASIO driver model...(like you used initially for your PLAY channel).
Then go back to your PLAY channel and set the 'Output To' to your new MAIN channel!
So please try it again...I am sure you are able to manage it!
