Transitions on overlay players and Transition bug

There is now a v3.0.14.31 available which fixed the Track-Insert-Transition handling in case of combining parallel overlays.

Just tested your files/scripts here and at first I could not reproduce the issue here.
This because I played/tested the overlays by itself.
And then it never happened.

But then I noticed, that in your case you play multiple overlays in parallel and use the 'Combine Parallel Overlays' feature.
As such the overlay playlist needs to be re-crated with the 2nd (parallel) overlay; but the track insert transition already happened the 1st time as well, as such the track insert track seems to be considered twice when the overlay playlist is re-crated.

So the feature I added so quickly on your behalf (because you said it is so critical/urgent!) with the .30 version to support Track-Insert-Transitions within embedded containers/overlays effectively needs some more optimization. I try to do that now...
