Recording and encoder profiles
Recording and encoder profiles
In Encoder Settings there are options :
1) Default profile (I have set it to "mp3_128kbps")
2) Default profile in Automatic Mixer Channel Recording. (I have set it to mp3_128kbps")
There is also a CD Ripping section but I don't care about it.
In output device configuration I have set my stream channel to "Auto Start Recording" and I have selected another profile "AAC+32kbps". I suppose that this setting overrides the 2). Is that true ?
Now that I check the auto recording folder I see that until 08/Oct my recorded files are aac+ but after that date are mp3 128.
If override is true then something is be wrong here.
Also when I click REC on my stream channel it records in "AAC+32kbps" but it should record what it's configured in 1) or not ?

Re: Recording and encoder profiles
Yes, correct. In output device configuration I have set my stream channel to "Auto Start Recording" and I have selected another profile "AAC+32kbps". I suppose that this setting overrides the 2). Is that true ?
I need to take a look what might be wrong...

Re: Recording and encoder profiles
You are right, the desired behavior got broken already some time ago.
It has now been (re)fixed in the v3.0.14.32.
