Then you have some user rights issues with your current installation resp. with some files or folders.
Please check your ProppFrexx installation folder!
Note, that the automatic update tries to perform a backup first, which simply copies the current content of the installation folder to a sub-folder called "Previous Version".
If that fails there must be a general issue with your user rights within the ProppFrexx installation folder.
E.g. there is a file open within the backup folder ("Previous Version")?!
(as an example once a user had the same issue, until he noticed, that he did start ProppFrexx from that "Previous Version" folder instead of using the regular folder!)
To still perform the update, please close ProppFrexx and make a manual backup of the ProppFrexx installation folder and then run the standard setup.
