Yes!
But the question is: What exactly do you want to achieve?

To achieve what?!!!
It would be easier, if you would first answer my question! As otherwise any further explanation might be useless...
So again: What exactly do YOU want to achieve?

You can send via TCP/IP control-commands to each other.
You can send Chat Messages to each other and react on certain messages.
You can use the OSC interface.
You can the GPIO Client interface and/or even extend that via its API.

Ahhh, that's a totally different story ;-)
But, yes, you can use a central ProppFrexx Media Library Server (which can run on a dedicated PC or on a PC where you also run a ProppFrexx instance). The MLS is supplied with Proppfrexx ONAIR (see the installation folder) but requires an Enterprise Edition to connect to (so called Remote Media Libraries).
