Hi Bernd, Hi All,

For the first time, I tried the Advertizing management... It's an interesting and useful feature.
Most of the time, our program is not broadcasting commercials, but for special occasions, we're are planning somme advertising for special events we're involved in.

To be able to plan some advert campaigns, I created 1 overlay & slot each hours, and I just planed My first advert campaign, it's quiet easy and seems very "logic"

As shown in the video tutorial, I made a Abreaktime min120 max180. as I have now only one campaign playing 5times/day, many slots are empty, those that are not are 30s long.

As recording remote VT sessions, it seems that all breaks are reported 180s long (max duration) the issue is, that in the better situation I have 2mn30S advance delay with real time every hour (when the slot is really playing an ad). Is there a way, to remote vt sessions using ad breaks real lenght at the time VT session is recorded? that would make supposed time would be closer to reality.

something like a checkbox that would be "use ad length known at this time"

There is no mass update for all overlays available. Sorry.
But a new version (incl. the above option) might be available by tomorrow So maybe there is no real need...

Remote VT sessions are typically planned in advance, thus at the time being the final length of a 'future' advert slot/overlay is unfortunately not known. That's why I am currently using the approximate overlay length as defined in the advert module.

But yes, I can take a look to add a new parameter/option to also use the current length as in that moment.

In my previous radio station (using another software, the french 'OpenRadio') We were used to do our VT sessions when the Complete adbreaks was planned and corrected, that was really easier for short remote VT sessions.
Using this method the remote VT shows are more accurate with time.

To make things more precise, while you try update a selectable option. is there a way to shorten the size of all slots/overlays at the same time? or do I have To Erase everything and start from scratch?

A new v4.0.1.60 is available, which adds a new 'Resolve Overlay Use Current Length' option to the Template Playlist Wizard as well as to the Remote Voice Tracking.

Just tried this from the template wizard, combined to the skip empty overlays option, it's exactly what was Needed...
