Bernd,
Did several tests with the info you gave me, but without any results.
I created a screencapture of the overlay player.
overlay-player.jpg
During track 3/4 the remaining time is 00:00:04.49
The last track is 6 seconds which won't be played.

Did you really set your FadeIn value back to 500 ms (instead of -5000)?
Else please zip your entire Advert Storage Path folder and make sure to also send me your Opener and Closer tracks. If you referenced your advert tracks in the advert campaigns and did not import them also make sure to include them as well.
And please answer this:
When does your Closer Track effectively start?
At the end of the last advert track or already a few seconds before it?

Yes I did, followed your instructions carefully.
By the way, if I put the opener and closer in the overlay editor I get the same results.
Will mail you the required files within an hour.

The closer track starts at the end of the last advert track.
Files sent by using WeTransfer.

I just tested your 'reclame' (adverts) here (as you send me your entire Advert Storage Path content).
Funny enough, that they played out fine here! Also the closer was fully played til its end!
I noticed, that ALL your advert tracks as well as the Opener and Closer does NOT have any cue points set!
So I assume, that you have ACPD (Automatic Cue Point Detection) enabled for the PFL Player AND also the Overlay Player.
Else I cannot explain, why you send me a screenshot, where you have set a NEXT and a FADE cue point in the PFL Player.
However, it looks like you never saved any cue points persistently to the audio file TAGs.
I now further assume (if you have ACPD also enabled for the Overlay Player), that your Mixing settings are not good for your adverts!
So please go to the general settings, section 'Mixing/Fading' and check your settings for the 'Other Mixing Defaults'.
Please de-select the 'PFL Player' and the 'Overlay Player' from the "Use ACPD with" settings!
And then try your overlays again...
on the 1st of Sept.
Then you might also click on the 'Mixing per Media Type...' button and check your mixing settings for the 'Advertising' media type.
If all that doesn't help, we might need to do a TeamViewer session when I am back from my vacation (on the 1st of Sept.) to check all your general settings.
Also check the 'Playlists and Cue-Points' tutorial video here:

ACPD was not enabled for the PFL Player and Overlay Player. Only for DJ Player.
It's correct that I never saved anything to my audio file tags, because I was always scared that the files could be ruined....
The screenshot, where I set a NEXT and a FADE cue point in the PFL Player was manually created (for the first time).
And now I understand why there must be info save to the audio file tags.... Shame on me...
Do I change more within my settings (see screencaptures)?

I had nothing selected (enabled) Bernd, so today I enabled "Auto Save MetaData to .pfmd File". Normally nothing was saved to AudioFiles or .pfmd files. I also selected today Save WaveForm to File. At 15:28 there will be a new test.

But isn't it strange that the overlay player says: 3 tracks (instead of 4) with a total time of 45 seconds.
008 + 005 + 031 = 44 seconds which means the 4th track, my closer won't be played.....
I hear only the first 2 seconds and than the playlist goes further.
This is an overlay player that starts in an autogenerated playlist at .28 each hour with extra commercials.
Maybe better to do Teamviewer session after your holiday.
