but here it is showing i needto press alt but cant i directly play from the cartwall

Where is it showing what?? and telling you you need to press ALT??

You can drag and drop a track from the cartwall with your right-mouse button (as the left mouse button plays it by default - even if you can switch this in the general settings...), so you can drag and drop a cartwall entry onto the playlist entry.
If you now hold down the ALT key while dropping the cartwall entry onto a playlist entry; you can convert that cartwall entry into Trach Insert Transition: Here (uncoming dialog as shown above) you can now select the transition type...

But this won't select a random jingle from you cartwall, but use the one you dragged - but picking a random entry out of your cartwall can easily be done manually - is that what you are talking about?

It is rather hard to understand what you exactly mean. Would be great, if you explain your question with a bit more words... THX
