Is it possible to schedule silence?

I was wondering if ProppFrexx could schedule silence for xx minutes in an hour,
and then automatically starts following the playlist script.

No not directly, unless you are using a silence file which is xx minutes long.
Or you are scheduling an extra non scripting program for that time.
