Help. Exclude sweeper, jingle name`s in title update.

Hi all.

Question, how to exclude the sweeper, jingle, name`s from title udate without using the intern streaming option. I`m using the Omnia Z/IPStream 9X/2 intern streaming option. Is there a way for this?

I am not sure what you mean by "...without using the ProppFrexx streaming option"?
How do you update the song titles today?

However, ProppFrexx can exclude sweepers, jingles or any other Media Entry Types within the general settings, section "Streaming" by selecting the resp. media entry types within the "Exclude from Title Update" option!

I`m using your Lua Mini-Filter for Telos /forum/viewtopic.php?t=1324. That is working great. I mean, i do not use the streaming server option from ProppFrexx. Is the setting "Exclude from Title Update" still working for extern streaming server then? I use the build in streaming server from Omnia Z/IPStream 9X/2. I hope i make myself clear.

Yes, when you use the ‘Streaming.OnSongTitle’ event, this is working with the "Exclude from Title Update" setting.
Meaning, the ‘Streaming.OnSongTitle’ event is NOT triggered for the excluded media entry types!

However, make sure your media entry types are set correctly for your audio tracks in question.
