Timecode display does not updates

Post by ExIT_FM »

Hi everyone,

I still have a big problem with TimeCode window. I have no idea why, but it's not updating the display. I've tried to re-install PFOA, update/downgrade VGA driver and .NET aswell but nothing has changed. Is anyone has similiar problem? How can I solve it?
And there is an another small issue, when the playlist updates (new track loading) it gets blank white and after a second the playlist shows again.

Regards,
David

Please try to undock your TimeCode window.
And try to arrange it differently. Is the issue then still happening?

And when you leave it undocked?
If nothing help you might try to reset the layout. May be that helps?

I restored it, nothing changed :(
I have 2 displays, is that cause the issue?
By the way my vga card is an AMD Radeon 5950.
Areo theme switched off, I use the "classic" design.

And moving the TimeCode Window to the other monitor also doesn't help?

I have heard from one other customer having the same issue. But moving the panel to a different location resp. docking it to another tab group helped with him.
So it must be something graphics/system specific. But I couldn't find out yet what exactly.

Unfortunately nothing helped. I changed the UI performance to high, I'll try the same PFOA version on my notebook later.

The UI performance just defined the update frequency.
So may be set this to Low? Hard to say what is causing it on your system.
