It's possible to rebroadcast a station with different commercial ads on both stations? For example, I have a main studio A but a station in another city, but I want to play different ads on each.

Let me know if there's a command or something for that.

I think you can try multi-region support, but I don´t know, if you can switch between different region streams, whenever you play out an commercial container.

Yes. This feature is called "Multi-Region Advert/News support".
However, this is not as simple as a just using a simple command or setting.
