Problem agter Update V4.5.2.6
Problem agter Update V4.5.2.6
After the update, some program windows no longer open.
In the View menu it is still possible to click options such as Mixer, Rind Track, etc., but the corresponding windows do not appear.
Previously, the windows were detached from the main program window, meaning they were spread out as separate windows, as if on a different screen.
Otherwise, the program works and plays music, but at the moment it is not possible to adjust the volume because the controls are not visible, and it is also not possible to search for tracks.

Reset the Layout in the general settings, section Look and Feel and then note the Defaukt in the Workspace ribbon tab. Here you can even save your special Layout and restore it any time.

Re: Problem agter Update V4.5.2.6
I have tried using “Restore Layout” in the “Looks and Feel” menu. The program does react in some way, but I still cannot open anything from the View menu.radio42 wrote: 20 Dec 2025 14:23 Reset the Layout in the general settings, section Look and Feel and then note the Defaukt in the Workspace ribbon tab. Re: Problem agter Update V4.5.2.6
It is the ‚Reset‘ - ‚Layout‘ button above - see the tool tip for more explanations. A restart is required after.
Else - as said you can use the Workspace button in the ribbon tab.

Re: Problem agter Update V4.5.2.6
Maybe I did not explain it clearly enough. I have pressed both of those buttons and also closed and reopened the program, but it still does not working like needed.radio42 wrote: 20 Dec 2025 19:02 It is the ‚Reset‘ - ‚Layout‘ button above - see the tool tip for more explanations. But it is not one of the buttons you circled - it the one above: Reset Layout.

Thank you very much, I managed to get it workingradio42 wrote: 20 Dec 2025 21:19 But it is not one of the buttons you circled - it the one above: Reset Layout.
Maybe you can also help with another issue. I am using a setup where recorded shows are played back automatically, and according to the Program schedule the show runs for “one cycle”. When the show ends, sometimes the program does not continue playing automatically. The Overlay window does close, but the main playlist does not start playing again. When I click AutoPlay, everything works again. If this starts happening very often, I restart the computer and then it works fine again for a few weeks.
Re: Problem agter Update V4.5.2.6
I guess you misunderstood the setting you are referring to!
That setting does NOT mean to only loop the script once! The Program Entry overlay option defines, that the program itself starts as an overlay on top of an underlaying other program - ie. there must be a base program and on top of it this program runs as an overlayed program. Once it ends, the underlying base program continues. This is different to the overlay scheduler.
I assume you have not defined an underlying base program which runs in parallel.
If you just want to execute a single script-line and want to prevent, that this line is being looped, eg. See here:

Re: Problem agter Update V4.5.2.6
I have read other threads and similar issues are described there, but not exactly the same one. In my case, the main playlist (currently Day) is running underneath, and on top of it there is an Overlay playlist. The issue occurs sometimes when the Overlay playlist finishes playing and does not close automatically, and as a result Day does not resume. In some cases the Overlay playlist does close, but Day still does not continue playing automatically. Another topic I read about in other discussions is the player windows drifting out of position. This is indeed happening. On the server I also have a Backup running, and the resolution there is different. The player windows really do behave oddly – sometimes they are shifted so far that the buttons of the outermost player are not even visible, and then with the next track they may suddenly be back in the correct position.radio42 wrote: 21 Dec 2025 11:24 I guess you misunderstood the setting you are referring to!
