If you tell me what you like to achieve and what is currently wrong I might help.
But with that little info I am afraid au can not help much.
Please explain in more details what is not working and what you like to achieve.

Normally you just setup the Mic as an Mixer Input Channel device.

I can hardly follow and understand what you are saying.

You have posted an input and an output mixer channel settings.
Is you problem, that the MIC signel is Mono?
If yes, note, that any Microphone is always mono.
But in your Input settings, you finally selected the Rodcaster output as the recording device instead of the Microphone?!
That doesn’t seem to make sense.

Also note, that you should not mix the device modes. Ie. use WASAPI on all devices.

There is no license reset!
And I still do not understand your issue!

So I am guessing your mic input channel is mono?
For your Input Mixer Channel:
Use the Microfoon Rodecaster Pro II device!
Route the single to an output channel (eg. PLAY).
Set the processing either to Stereo or Normal Mono (right-click on the input channel name and select Processing…).

Set the StereoTools VST on the output mixer channel and not the input mixer channel.

For the Output Mixer Channel don‘t use the Rodecaster device, but any other audio device.
